You can use auto stop options to stop recording automatically when duration or size of the output file reaches a limit. To view auto stop options, click Auto stop button from application window.

Stop by duration

To stop recording by duration:

  1. Click Auto stop button from application window to view auto stop settings.
  2. Click the selector under Choose auto stop mode then choose Duration
  3. Enter the duration which you want recording stop at, under the selector. The default is 1 hour (1:00:00).

Stop by size

To stop recording by size of the output file:

  1. Click Auto stop button from application window to view auto stop settings.
  2. Click the selector under Choose auto stop mode then choose Size
  3. Enter the file size which you want recording stop at, under the selector. The default is 1 gigabytes (1GB).

Restart recording

You can choose to start recording immediately right after previous session stops automatically. This feature is useful when you want to automatically split the output into multiple files with specific duration or size.

To enable restarting recording:

  1. Click Auto stop button from application window to view auto stop settings.
  2. Click the selector under After recording stopped then choose Start new recording

Delay and record/countdown sound

Using the delay feature, recording can get delayed after you attempt to start it:

  1. Click Auto stop button from application window to view auto stop settings.
  2. Click the selector under Choose the delay before recording starts then choose a delay duration.

Whenever you start or stop recording the app plays a notification sound. You can turn off or on this feature from the switch under Play record/countdown sound.
